Rechargeable "smart" lithium ion battery pack with integrated Safety electronics, fuel gauge and Voltage, Current and temperature monitoring circuits. The battery controller module constantly monitors the state of the battery pack and can report this information to the user via the serial port on the battery controller.

This battery is designed to mount in the OEM's equipment using a mechanical guide with a backplane and male connector to mate with the battery packs. The flying lead battery pack does not require a backplane so the battery pack can be mounted easily in customer enclosures by providing simple hold downs for the battery pack.

OceanServer recommends any new backplane design should use part# 19-00066-24 Combination Backplane Connector & Cable 24" with 5 Position Header. This backplane offers the most flexibility and lowest cost. A single 19-00066-24 per battery pack is required.

Other Backplane Options:

A single BA-95HC connects to the OceanServer Battery Management Modules via an OceanServer BP-033 Single Backplane and OceanServer 19-00036-12 Single Battery Backplane to IBPS Cable.

Two BA-95HC Battery Packs connect to the OceanServer Battery Management Modules via an OceanServer BP-034 Dual Backplane and OceanServer 19-00037-12 Dual Battery Backplane to IBPS Cable.
